Applications and Weights:

Pro-Fill® excels in various applications, including plasterboard finishing at vertical and horizontal joints, filling uneven gaps, small cut-outs, and perfecting internal and external corner joints. Available in 10 Kg and 25 Kg bags, Pro-Fill® comes with a water-to-powder ratio of 1:2.

Process of Jointing & Finishing:

• First Coat: Fill the recess formed by the sheet edges with Gyproc Pro-Fill®, center the paper tape along the joint, and press it down with a Taping knife/Trowel, ensuring no air bubbles remain behind the tape. Apply a thin coat of Pro-Fill® over the tape and let it dry.
• Second Coat: Apply a second coat of Gyproc Pro-Fill® with an Applicator/Trowel, extending it beyond the first coat. Let it dry and scrape back any excess compound.
• Third Coat: Apply a finishing coat of Gyproc Pro-Fill® with an Applicator/Trowel, feathering the joint edges beyond the previous coat. Allow it to dry and lightly sand in the same direction as the joint using finer sandpaper.
