Applications and Weights:

Easi-Fill® Hydro is specially designed for jointing and finishing in wet areas. It is the best solution for wet area board installations. Available in 20 Kg HDPE bags, the water-to-powder ratio is 1:2, ensuring optimal performance.

Process of Jointing & Finishing:

• First Coat: Fill the recess formed by the sheet edges with Gyproc Easi-Fill® Hydro, center the paper tape along the joint, and press it down with a Taping knife/Trowel, ensuring no air bubbles remain behind the tape. Apply a thin coat of Easi-Fill® Hydro over the tape and let it dry.
• Second Coat: Apply a second coat of Gyproc Easi-Fill® Hydro with an Applicator/Trowel, extending it beyond the first coat. Let it dry, and scrape back any excess compound.
• Third Coat: Apply a finishing coat of Gyproc Easi-Fill® Hydro with an Applicator/Trowel, feathering the joint edges beyond the previous coat. Allow it to dry and lightly sand in the same direction as the joint using finer sandpaper.
